They finished the job on Friday and it’s even better than I had expected, the only way I can describe it is it’s like having a Pac a Mac protecting my whole house. From initial enquiry to installation…Review from happy customers. There has been miss communication between staff and us let’s leave at that. To be called by the owner and offered for someone to come fix the issues we had, this was top job. The owner was apologetic but it’s not his fault, let down by other’s perhaps. I have give 5 stars because the window engineer came at agreed time and fixed everything that was left by previous team. On the installation day the team arrived on time, completed the work efficiently and cleaned up before leaving. Home Logic got in touch very quickly after I expressed an interest in loft insulation. Within a few days from them contacting me, on 21st October, an engineer came to do a survey and gave me a quote for the work. This was reduced by government grants which Home Logic applied for on my account.
The firm I used was LOGICFOAM INSULATIONS .An excellent job done by a 2-man team in 3-hours. The Install team were on time, polite and well organised with the whole job completed in a couple of hours to a high standard. They offered up useful information about the product and HomeLogic. They left my home clean and tidy upon leaving the house but unfortunately it was missed that some foam had protruded from the roof tiles at the rear of the house.
Showed up on time - they were good in explaining the installation procedure. We had the option to change our payment plan which made it really flexible. The installation engineers were most helpful they explained the process of work to be carried out, covering all areas of flooring and carpets with dust cloths leaving our home clean and tidy.
Stressful job with pressuring customers to buy while being pressured by office, no expenses paid, long hours, lots of driving, questionable leads, not great pay for most of salespeople. The install department gave a customary phone call the day before install to inform me of the who would be carrying out the job and to reiterate their arrival time. We are very happy with the final result but not so happy with how we got there.
This was a great service from start to finish. The sales guy was really informative and knew his stuff, the engineers didn't waste any time either and got the job done in no time and cleaned up everything once they were done. The aftercare has been first class also, very polite and courteous. Overall i would recommend the company to anyone. Workmen arrived on time, were polite and friendly. Job was completed in a timely manner and cleaned up afterwards.
