Excellent work, well done, nice and clean and it was all done in a few hours. Sales Representative excellent in presenting product. All employees were courteous and most helpful with advice, informing us what to expect after the procedure, e.g keeping the loft hatch closed for 24 hours and when to expect the guarantee paperwork. The team of three arrive punctually, assessed the work to complete and explained what the plan for the day was. "The team were fantastic, from the regional manager and engineers. We would like to apologise for the inconvenience that was caused during the time of your installation. Thank you Mr Mears for the feedback, we are glad that you are happy with everything and the service provided. It has made the loft more sound proof it also will keep the loft at a more controlled heat over the summer as well as winter. The resin bound driveway really does make such a fantastic difference to the appearance of the home before you even look at the long list of benefits.

Done a nice job, then Shown myself what was carried, and Cleaned up afterwards. From start to finish all the folk we came into contact with were 1st class. Trustpilot is assessing this review in accordance with our flagging process.
I had a useful survey yesterday but feel I made an appointment for installation too soon and now wish to cancel and have my deposit returned. My phone number seems to now be blocked if I try to call? But I will not be letting contractors into my house today and and legally entitled to have my deposit returned. After checking with two other contractors have heard that my loft is too damp to receive effective foam spraying, and the price is double what it really should be.

We had our loft insulated, found it quite expensive but having said that I believe given time we will benefit and save on our heating bills. It's been a very cold winter and I think we are warmer as a result. The workmen carried out the job cleanly and efficiently. I am pleased with the knowledge of the salesman who told me about the product and the efficiency and courtesy of the team who installed it. I was also impressed by the overall organisation of the installation and helpful advice given to me by Andy. Despite difficult traffic conditions the workmen arrived on time and carried out the work efficiently and to a very high standard. I would be very happy to talk about my job to anyone interested in having this sort of work undertaken and would have no hesitation in recommending Home Logic. The Sales Rep arrived on time and he was very friendly. He gave a full comprehensive explanation of the product and its benefits so that we knew exactly what we were buying in to.

Special thanks to installation team for their tidy job." So many--Poor unqualified leads, customers blowing out on the doorstep. Expected to sell on the day otherwise the ‘sweep up “team gets it. Starts off with 2 leads a days sometimes 3 to none or 1 very quickly.
Turns out the right to cancel is within 14 days and no right to cancel when the work is done, hence they were getting us booked in so fast. What happened next made it so we knew we made the right decision. When on the phone to cancel, the chap who was in the house the day before picked up the phone and said 'it's Justin, I was in your house yesterday'. Which is odd because he'd said his name was Rick and Richard at different points the day before.
Waste of time money and energy. BEAWARE.
I have had no reservations in recommending them to everyone - their workmanship and price was excellent. However the experience was not quite as good as the company seem to have a small communication problem especially when booking a job and then not attending as promised. We were kept updated during the process and were called to check if we were happy at each stage.
I was also told that the resin had not been UVA treated and that this was causing the driveway to fade in colour. The driveway is now complete however, in the evening when the light shines on the driveway, you can see all the trowel marks and all the humps and bumps were the driveway has not been laid flat. The resin that has been put in the step is a completely different shade to the resin on the driveway and just looks odd and unprofessional.
A very professional job from beginning to end. Arrived on time, carried out the installation very efficiently and cleaned up afterwards. They worked extremely hard and clean to ensure insulation was finished to a high standard. Our home is so much warmer and have yet to put our heating on.
I asked for the guarantees to be issued and was told that they would arrive in the post. Later that year, part of the driveway started to come away. I contacted Homelogic in Jan/Feb 2018 to complain and was told someone would contact me to come out and view. I chased from February to around August and was told that they were awaiting replacement stones to fix the gap that had appeared. In this time, the resin had started to fade and the driveway looked awful.
I was promised a date after the August Bank holiday and true to form no one showed. I complained direct to the CEO who advised that the driveway would be replaced in its entirety. This work was done with more disruption to us. During this work, the workmen damaged the step and this had to be replaced and cut through their cable switching off all electrics. I think it is extreemly rude to call people in their own homes.
Showed up on time - they were good in explaining the installation procedure. We had the option to change our payment plan which made it really flexible. The installation engineers were most helpful they explained the process of work to be carried out, covering all areas of flooring and carpets with dust cloths leaving our home clean and tidy.
